What is a Free membership?
We, at Impactgene, believe that our clients deserve personal attention and should be accompanied by us after the receipt of their genetic report Or their Cannabis Calculator results. We want to maximize their consumption experience to its full potential.
Having received the genetic report, many clients ask what’s next? How do we proceed from this point?
You have read the report carefully and implemented its recommendations, but your experience, as described in any of the categories appearing in the report, has not achieved the desired effect nor given you full satisfaction.
It is for this reason that impactgene has decided to offer Free Membership – personal attention following the receipt of the results in your genetic report Or in your Cannabis Calculator results.
How does it work?
As written above, this service is free of charge. Every few weeks, a short questionnaire will be sent to you for feedback; we would like you to share your cannabis experience with us.
We would like to know if your personal experience was positive or negative as a result of the consumption recommendations you received in the report. If you marked ‘Negative’ in one or more one category on which you were asked about, you can get updated recommendations, without additional charge, which may improve your experience and fine-tune your genetic data. We will continue accompanying you until you are completely satisfied with the experience.
You may share with us any issue you choose or if you so feel, not share any matter. It is up to you, impactgene is here for you.
